How often will I get this box?
There are a variety of options for ordering. You can sign up for a month to month subscription. However, if you are ready to celebrate for months to come, you can purchase a multimonth commitment (providing for some great discounts). When you first subscribe, you card will be charged at the time of sign-up. Yourt box will ship within 2 weeks of purchase. Renewals (subscription billing) occur on the 1st of each month with shipping mid-month.
Can I cancel or change my product?
Please note that you are purchasing a recurring subscription. All subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of their term unless cancelled.
Hassel free Cancellation! You may cancel at any time. Renewals are charged on the 1st of every month. If you would like to cancel, please log into your account and cancel before your commitment term has ended and your next renewal date. Note that the cancelleation will take effect on your next renewal date and that all initial commitment terms must be fulfilled before the plan will be cancelled. You may do this on your own and do not need to reach out to us, however, If you need help, feel free to reach out at geeksgoblinsandgalaxies@gmail.com.
If you need to make a change to your address, you can log into your account and update. The address change will go into effect immediately on your next month's shipment. If you are changing a tshirt size, please reach out to us so that we may update for your next shipment. All other changes, including product changes will take effect on your renewal and after your inital commitment has ended. You may do this on your own and do not need to reach out to us, however, If you need help, feel free to reach out to us.
What do you mean by commitment terms?
Multimonth subscriptions have built in discounts and are commitment terms. If you choose a multimonth month plan, you are agreeing to a commitment contract for the discounted rate; as such, you will be billed at the monthly or every other month (depending on term type) price for the number of months selected. If you cancel before your commitment term has completed, you will continue to be billed monthly or every other month (depending on term type) for, and receive the remaining boxes for the remainder of your term. The cancellation will take effect on your renewal date (i.e. a 12 month commitment cancelled after 8 months will continue to receive 4 more boxes which will be charged at the monthly price for the next 4 months; on the renewal at 12 months, the cancellation will go into effect).

From time-to-time we may have a free gift offer for multimonth subscription commitments. These free gifts are only available directly on our website. The item offered will be what you receive but note, brands and colors may vary.
Are there additional charges?
FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the US. For Canada - Themed Gfts and Combo Boxes are 15.95; Tshirt ONLY boxes are 4.95. For all other countries - please reach out to us. Note - State Sales Tax where applicable will be charged. There are no hidden fees.
*note – Boxes not recommended for small children as items could possibly pose a choking risk
